Introduction.

  The final goal of the clinical examination is the correct diagnosis, which is essential for choosing of the proper method of treatment.Data ( Knowledge ) collection is a necessary condition in achieving this goal ( aim ). There are a lot of methods used in dentistry : questioning of the patient ( collection of anamnesis ) and of his/her relatives ( where necessary ), medical examination, thermo diagnostics, x-ray, different laboratory tests ( blood common test, biochemical, cytological, allergological and other tests ). A dentist usually encounters ( a big number of ) numerous dental diseases. There are about 100 therapeutic and 150 surgical dental diseases, 90 of which are different kinds of tumors. Each disease may be acute or chronic. It may be local or general, at the initial or terminal stage. Each disease has its own symptoms, which considerably complicates the work, especially with relatively rare diseases. The systems that we are working at will really help dentists in their practical working. This systems give a possibility to store the data ( knowledge about them ) despite the ( potential  ) intellectual possibilities of the dentist.

  This project began in GTU (Georgian Technical University) with prof. Ph.D. Gogichaishvili G.G. dept. Department of Management Information Systems and TMI (Tbilisi Medical Institute "Vita") dept. Stomatology, now I'm (the researcher) in business trip for 3 month (may be more...) in TEI (Technological Educational Institute) with prof. Ph.D. Papoudurakis G.M. Dept.Applied Informatics and Multimedia to learn more about algorithms of Expert Systems, Neural networks and methods of their realization in programming languages. This work now is sponsored by HELLENIC REPUBLIC MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION AND RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (DIRECTORATE OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS IN EDUCATION "DEPARTMENT OF SCHOLARSHIPS"), for which I am very thankful to them, and I hope we will continue our cooperation. Overall using of this systems in dental clinics will help avoiding mistakes in diagnostics and will give a right conclusion of the patient's medical condition.
  The interest to this problem arose after one of the dental clinics in Tbilisi had implemented the Advising System in Diagnostics of Dental Diseases. This system is only a small part of the possible future project.
  After realization given project in programming language and its translation into the English language we intend to include in the project of stomatologists (Georgia, Greece and other countries) for an opportunity of test introduction and commissioning of the given systems. We do not exclude bugs (defects) and mistakes in algorithm and consequently we leave an opportunity for correction, updating and upgrades of systems. I ask all interested persons in development of a similar software to contribute one's share to the project for the further cooperation with the purpose of work quality and software interface improvement (which is the major part of any software).
